Daily Rental Rate Includes:

• Rentals one week or longer in duration include 150 miles per rental day. Additional miles are charged at USD 0.35 per mile.
• Rates include collision insurance ( USD 2,000.00 ) Renter Responsibility) and 24/7 Roadside Assistance.

Rates are based on a 3 day minimum. (1 and 2 day rentals will be charged a surcharge but can be accommodated.) You will receive 100 miles per rental day. Rentals of 1 week or longer will receive 150 miles per rental day.

The unit of your choice has a minimum of the following equipment. Generator (Produces 110v electricity), dash and roof air conditioning, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, am/fm stereo cassette deck, TV antenna with power booster, furnace, water heater, fresh water holding tank, waste water holding tanks, complete kitchen with sink, stove, microwave oven and 2 door refrigerator/freezer, complete bathroom facilities including shower, sink and toilet, clothes closets and beds according to floor plans. Class A motor homes (MH) have built in TV. Some Class C motor homes (MMH) are TV ready but do NOT have the TV in them. Full tank of fuel, fresh water tank is full, a minimum of 1/2 tank of propane, waste water tanks are empty, 4 roll pack of RV toilet tissue, 2 bottles of toilet chemical, fresh water drinking hose, water pressure regulator, 10 ft. sewer hose and a 30amp/15amp electrical adapter.

Rental Unit Handbook that tells you in "plain" English how to operate the various systems on the RV. Indoctrination Video Tape that is a "mirrored" image of your walk-through. We realize you'll forget much of what you're shown when you pick the unit up so we furnish you a walk-through on video tape. When you forget something, pop the tape in the VCR and fast forward to the area in question. Let an expert SHOW you how it's done!

Optional Extras:

Note: Prices in this section do not include tax:

• Kitchen Kit: Includes everything you need to cook, eat and drink for up to 8 people. USD 35.00 per trip.
• Linen Kit: Includes 1 each blanket, pillow, pillowcase, top sheet, bottom sheet, bath towel, hand towel & washcloth. USD 20.00 per person per trip.
• Bike Rack: Holds up to four full sized bicycles. Installs into the trailer hitch. USD 35.00 per trip.
• Collision Responsibility Reduction: Reduces the renters responsibility in case of a collision from USD 2,000.00 to USD 1,000.00 . USD 12.00 per rental day.
• Generator Use: Unlimited use of the generator. USD 5.00 per day.
• Tire Road Hazard Coverage: Covers all tire related problems and associated damage. USD USD 5.00 per day.

Pre-paid Cleaning:
The RV comes to the renter clean inside and out. It must be returned the same way. We will take care of washing the outside and normal interior cleaning. USD 20.00 (Note: Extremely dirty units will require additional cleaning fees at a rate of USD 85.00 per hour.)

Pre-paid Dumping:
The holding tanks are empty when the RV is picked up and must be returned empty. We will take care of dumping the holding tanks. USD 20.00

Pick Up and Return:
Normal pick up times are between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. We will make every effort to accommodate early pick ups under the following circumstances.

So long as the unit is here and available the day before your scheduled pick up, we will allow you to pick it up anytime after 9:00 a.m. on your scheduled pick up date at no additional charge. This is done as a courtesy only and cannot be guaranteed. We can let you know approximately 48 hour before your pick up.

Normal return times are between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time. We will make every effort to accommodate late returns under the following circumstances.

So long as the unit is not scheduled to go back out on rental the afternoon of your scheduled return date, you can return it anytime up until 4:00 p.m. on your scheduled return date at no additional charge. This is done as a courtesy only and cannot be guaranteed. You will be required to call in for a Late Return Authorization number approximately 48 hours before your scheduled return date.

Please allow at least one full hour for your pick up. It will take this time in order to complete the rental contract and your vehicle orientation.

Please allow at least ½ hour for your Check In when you return.

Unauthorized late returns will incur a late fee of USD 25.00 per hour for every hour the vehicle is kept past 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on your due date.

No Sunday pick ups or returns.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS!

Deposits:
We require a Reservation Hold Deposit of USD 300.00 due at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited towards the total due.The damage deposit is USD 500.00 for all U.S. citizens. USD 1000 for all non U.S. citizens.Damage deposits are returned within 10 business days of your return. These deposits will be returned as follows.If the deposit was charged on a credit card, we will credit the same card. If the deposit was paid by cash, bank check or wire, we will issue a company check.

Fuel:
The motorhome comes to you full of fuel and must be returned the same way. If the motorhome is returned with less than a full tank of fuel, there will be a servicing fee of USD 25.00 plus USD 5.00 per gallon for the fuel itself.

Airport Transfers:
We will be happy to arrange for transportation from the airport to our location or from our location to the airport. This cost will be at the renters expense.

One Way Rentals:
We can arrange for one way rentals anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. The drop off fee will be at the expense of the renter and will be determined on a case by case basis.

Taxes:
The following rental tax rates will apply to any additional items paid at the depot.

• Texas 10%
• Oklahoma 15.38%

Driver Requirements:
All drivers must be at least 25 years of age and posses a current international drivers license. All U.S. citizens must have current automobile insurance.

Credit Card Payment:
A major credit card is required.

Parking or Traffic Violations:
Renter is responsible for reporting and payment of all parking and or traffic violations at the time of return. Your credit card will be charged for any charges/fines/penalties issued to the vehicle owner in addition to an administrative fee of USD 100.00 as a result of your failure to report same upon your return.

Accidents or Collisions:
The renter must contact American Dream Vacations within 24 hours of any accident or collision. We will require the exact location of the accident, names, addresses and phone numbers of all parties involved and a copy of the police report if they were involved. Failure to follow this procedure could result in the renter being liable for 100% of any damage.

Restricted Areas:
Vehicles can be taken anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. They are NOT allowed to go into Mexico.

Pets:
Pets are welcome at American Dream Vacations. All normal cleaning and damage requirements will apply and the renter will be responsible for same.

Breakdown Assistance:
We include 24 hour per day 7 days per week emergency roadside assistance.

If the renter needs to have a minor repair done or purchase a small replacement part costing less than USD 50.00 (~50~) , no prior authorization is required. We will reimburse the renter for same upon presentation of a valid receipt and the old part if applicable. All repairs over USD 50.00 (~50~) require prior authorization. Failure to get prior authorization may result in no refund to the renter.

• Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time
• Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time
• Closed Sunday

Substitutions:
We make every effort to see that you get the exact size and floorplan you chose when you made your reservation.

Occasionally, due to a mechanical breakdown or accident, we have no choice but to substitute another unit. If we are forced to substitute units, we will make every attempt to get you into a unit as close to what you had as possible.

If the substituted unit is in a lower rate range, you will be credited for the difference. If the substituted unit is in a higher rate range, you will not be charged at the higher rate.
