Minimum Rental Day:

GPS: ( with European Carthograhpy )
€10 day with minimum of €100 par service. Special deposit of €100 In case of loss, robbery, theft or damage the customer must to pay the normal market price. The device and the support are not included on the normal insurance.

Easter Rentals:
High Season price will apply to rental days falling between 6 - 13 April 2010, which is Easter Week.

Deliveries & Returns:
The deliveries or returns of vehicles at any Spanish airport are possible with extra money. Free service of transfer from/to airport in Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga (Subject to availability).

Deliveries & returns in other Cities other than Madrid, Barcelona & Malaga:
Minimum service payed 10 days. • Extra charge of €250 each stretch (Subject to availability).

Deposit:
As a precaution for damages, it is necessary to make a €600 deposit by means of credit card.

Transfers Between Branches:
Free service between Euromotorhome branches subject to availability, on the case of unavailability extra charge of €200 each service. Madrid, Barcelona and Málaga. • Minimum period of 10 days (please consult us for shorter periods).

Extra Charge for Services Outside Normal Timetables:
Delay on deliveries or returns who oblied to open the Branch outside the normal timetables, included the necessary time to make the transfers from/to airports or others €100

Driver Conditions:
No younger than 25 years old. • To have the driving license (B1) in force for at least two years.

Apart from this, we know that sometimes we have to be flexible with timetable,especially if there are customers who come by plane, by train or by ship.For that resason it is possible to pick up or to return vehicles on holidays ( subject to availability)

International Services:
International "one way" services have to be at least 18 days. If it´s possible out of high season (subject to availability).

One Way Services from Spain to Europe:
One way rentals between Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga are available free of charge. If the one way rental is not available due to limited vehicles, they may still allow the one way for an additional charge of €200.

One Way Rentals to other Spanish locations (other than the 3 depots) incurs a fee of €250 for each location that is not a depot.
There is a minimum of 10 days rental for Spanish one way rentals.

Barcelona Depot:
Pick Up: Transfers are available from the Airport to the Depot only when you are coming directly off of a flight and collecting your vehicle that day.
Drop Off: Transfers are available to the Airport after your rental only when you are catching a flight the same day that you drop off the vehicle.

Madrid Depot:
Transfers are available to / from the Airport and selected Airport and City Hotels. If you would like transfers to / from a hotel, please advise the name and location and we can confirm this is ok with the depot.

Malaga Depot:
Pick Up: Transfers are available from the Airport to the Depot only when you are coming directly off of a flight and collecting your vehicle that day.

Car Parking:
You are welcome to park your car at the depot free of charge.

Vehicle Kit:
A mandatory Vehicle Kit Fee of €100 is added to all rentals. The vehicle kit includes: Dushes, Glasses, Coffee Cups, Cutlery, Coffee Machine, Saucepan, Frying Pan, Skimming Ladle, Can Opener, Cooking Pot, Sleeping Bags and Pillows.

 
Cancellation Fees:
Once we make a reservation on your behalf cancellation fees apply. We therefore suggest that you take out Travel Insurance at this time.
