Transfer to Location

Overseas customers
must overnight before picking-up their rental
unit.

Customers must be ready for
pick-up at 07.00 hrs at the designated
transfer hotels at specified customer waiting
areas (exceptions are listed
separately with the transfer hotel information).

Early hotel transfer is only
provided from the customer waiting area of
the
designated transfer hotels.

Tour operators
or customers are requested to report at
the time of booking or
not later than three working days
before pick-up date in which
designated
transfer hotel customer is staying
overnight and how many people
are in
customer's party.

transfers in Buffalo – Toronto (BUF)
and Burlington – Vancouver
(YVR), we require the transfer
information
at time of booking or no later
then 2 weeks
prior to the customers departure.
Important: For customer’s
wishing to take advantage of
our Vancouver
Hotel transfer to or from our
Burlington
location,
we require passport details
of all passengers traveling
at least
2 weeks
prior to
their pick-up. Please provide
us with their full name, date
of birth,
passport
number, issue date and country
and the expiration date.

from the designated hotels and airports if
we
have been informed of the
transfer within the indicated
time frame.
Customers must be ready
at the stated time and
customer
waiting
area, otherwise
no pick-up transfer
will be provided.

Vehicle
Pick Up:
- Vehicle
Pick-up: Mo-Sa 9.00 – 10.30
and 13.00 – 15.00 hr (afternoon pick-up
only Mon – Fri).
- Early
pick-up is provided between 08.00 and 10.00
hrs for customers using
early hotel transfer. Exceptions are valid
for San Francisco (Downtown),
Orlando (Orlando area), Buffalo – Toronto
and Burlington – Vancouver,
where pick-up is provided in the afternoon
(Monday - Saturday).
- For
early vehicle pick-ups without hotel transfer
from one of the designated
hotels (e.g. customer arrives on his
own at his own expense), customers have
to arrive at rental location between
08.00 and 08.30 hrs and inform Moturis
RV & Camping World accordingly no later
than three working days prior
to vehicle pick-up.
- No
hotel transfers are provided for afternoon
vehicle pick-ups.
Exceptions are valid for San Francisco
(Downtown), Orlando (Orlando
area), Buffalo – Toronto and Burlington – Vancouver
(Monday to Saturday)
Pick-up Buffalo – Toronto and Burlington – Vancouver
transfers:
Vehicle pick-up hours are between 13:00
and 15:00 hours.
- Transfers
to the station are provided at 11:00 hrs.
Transfer time is
approximately 3 – 4 hours. $80
per rental plus local sales tax apply
and are
payable at pick-up. $6 border crossing fee per person is payable by the
customers at time of border crossing.

of 2 weeks prior to pick up. Important: For customers wishing to take
advantage of our Vancouver Hotel transfer to or from our Burlington location,
we require passport details of all
passengers traveling at least 2 weeks
prior to

• No refund is made in the event of late vehicle pick-up.
Vehicle
Drop Off and Airport / Hotel Transfer Information:

Vehicle
drop-off hours are from 09.00 to 10.30 hrs.

Airport
Transfer (Drop-off):
Airport transfer is being provided at 11.00 hours from the following rental
locations to designated airports only: Boston, Chicago, Denver, Fort Lauderdale
(to the Airport in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami), Fort Meyers, Las Vegas, Los
Angeles, New York (no transfers to JFK and LGA), Orlando, Portland, San Francisco,
Seattle. Please do not book return flights with departures before 14.00 hrs,
if your customers want to take advantage of the free drop-off transfer to
the airport.

Drop-off
Buffalo – Toronto and Burlington – Vancouver
transfers:
Vehicle drop off hours are between 08:00 and 08:30 hours. Transfers to designated
hotels are provided at approximately 09:00 hrs.
Transfer time is approximately 3 – 4 hours. $80 per rental plus local

Late
vehicle drop-off
Late vehicle drop-off surcharges are USD 30.00 per hour. No airport transfers
are provided in the event of a late vehicle drop-off. No refunds are made
for early returns or unused portion of rentals.
Cross
Boarder Transfers:
Cross
boarder Transfers between Toronto and Buffalo or
Burlington and Vancouver are available for an additional
USD $80 + tax per person each way. A boarder crossing
fee of USD $6 + tax per person is payable at the
time of crossing. Transfers must be booked at least
2 weeks prior to departure.

FOR CUSTOMERS
Transfer possibilities by train in
Boston and San Francisco:
As our rental locations in Boston and San Francisco
are close to the public stations,
customers can also use public transportation. (Please
forward this information to your
customers together with the other travel documents.)
Boston: Subway (Airport->downtown Boston) /
Commuter Rail Service (Boston->North
Station-> Rowley)
From the airport, a shuttle bus will transport
passengers to the Subway (underground
transportation) – Blue Line inbound. The
shuttle bus is free and the subway tokens can
be purchased for USD 1.25. Passengers will need
to transfer to the Green or Orange
Line to North Station.
From downtown Boston passengers take the Green
or Orange Line or a taxi to North
Station. From North Station passengers take a train
on the Newburyport/ Rockport Line
to Rowley. The train ride is about USD 5.00-6.00
per person/one way.
It is best to call Moturis RV & Camping World
in Rowley in advance for the exact
schedule, as there are not many trains to Rowley.
Moturis RV & Camping World will
provide shuttle service from Rowley train station
to the depot with advance
notification only.
San Francisco: Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART)
The BART serves four stations in downtown San Francisco.
The BART costs only USD
3.95*. It is the fastest way to reach San Francisco
downtown (less than 30 minutes).
The Moturis RV & Camping World location in
San Leandro is providing shuttle transfers
from and to the San Leandro BART station.
