What is included in the “NSV” rate:
Guaranteed new vehicle, specified mileage, prep fee, all convenience kits (max. occupancy per vehicle 5 PAX),
one-way fee, VIP-insurance, sales taxes, all applicable discounts! No additional days or miles can be booked
(extra miles: US$ 0.39 plus tax @ drop off)

What is not included in the “NSV” rate:
Fuel & propane (get it full; return it full) US$ 0.39 per extra mile at drop off
Supplemental Liability Ins. (SLI): US$ 9.00/day
Transfer to Coachmen RV, 423 Main Street, Middlebury, IN 46540.

PLEASE NOTE: Limited availability based on a first come, serve first basis. Availability will be handled as “run of fleet” (vehicles will be assigned according to availability) All vehicles will be winterized. The water-/waste water system will be drained and CANNOT be used until temperatures will be above freezing point! Damages caused by freezing will be charged if customer de- winterizes system on the road before reaching warmer climates. Online check-in with driver information must be submitted prior to pick up !

Pick Up Suggestions

A) Take the Road Bear contracted shuttle from South Bend airport hotel for USD $ 65.00 (non-refundable) per motor home (MUST BE PRE-BOOKED at time of reservation)

B) Fly with United into SBN (South Bend/Elkhart) and spend the night in an airport hotel. Take a 45 mile (USD $ 80.00- 120.00) taxi ride to Middlebury the next morning.

C) Fly into ORD and take a Hertz rental car one-way from Chicago to Elkhart. Pick up the motor home first, then return the rental car or return rental car first and take a 15 mile (USD $ 40.00-50.00) taxi ride to Middlebury
